My name is Andy and I am the founder of Bodark Custom Wood Working. I am originally from Louisiana but moved to Texas 16 years ago to support my wife’s graduate school dreams. I have spent my entire professional career in public education in Texas schools. I have always enjoyed woodworking and creating for as long as I remember. I have 3 wonderful children and as I have had the privilege of being their father, I have learned how important community, serving one another and trust really are. I believe in hard work, meaning what you say, and always working to be a better version of your self. That is why I started Bodark Custom Wood Working. I hope to build quality products that meets the needs and wants of my customers. I hope this local business will continue to push me to learn and grow as a woodworking, and in doing so allow me to set an example to my children of hard work, honesty, kindness and grit. That is what Bodark Custom Wood Working is all about. As I said, I’m just a guy in his garage with a passion for building and doing it the right way.
